Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, and hiring teachers and staff.
- Ensure hiring policies are in line with school standards.
- Maintain a positive work environment.
- Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and school policies.
- Develop and implement appraisal systems for teachers and staff.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, and staff performance.
- Identify training needs for teachers and non-teaching staff.
- Organize workshops, orientations, and professional development sessions.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and personal files.
- Manage leaves, attendance, and HR-related documentation.
- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with child safeguarding and school regulations.

Position: Payroll Manager
Job Location: FB Area Karachi
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process monthly payroll for all teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
- Maintain records of working hours, attendance and leave.
- Ensure payroll records are accurate and updated.
- Calculate tax, provident fund, insurance, and other deductions.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and school policies.
- Collaborate with HR to update employee changes (new hires, resignations, promotions).
- Work with Accounts to reconcile salary payments and benefits.
- Address salary-related queries of staff in a professional manner.
- Provide payslips, tax certificates, and other payroll-related documents.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of salary data.
