Female HR Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized HR Coordinator to support the Human Resources department in daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and must be an expert in creating and managing reports, particularly using Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, analyze, and maintain HR reports and dashboards using Excel (e.g., attendance, turnover, recruitment, training, and performance data).
  • Assist in the coordination of recruitment processes, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data such as absences, bonuses, and leaves.
  • Handle employee inquiries and assist with policy clarification.
  • Coordinate training sessions and employee development activities.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and labor regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR support role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTables, charts, formulas).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
