Female HR Intern | Night Shift (7:30 PM - 2 AM)

Shabil Consultants is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented HR Intern to join our night-shift operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations in a professional consultancy environment.

Role Overview

• Company: Shabil Consultants
• Shift Timing: 7:30 PM – 2:00 AM (Night Shift)
• Stipend: 25,000 PKR / month
• Location: On-site
• Duration: 3 Months

Key Responsibilities

As an HR Intern, you will work closely with the leadership team to ensure smooth internal operations. Your tasks will include:

• Talent Acquisition: Sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and assisting in the initial screening process.
• Onboarding: Preparing orientation materials and helping new hires integrate into the night-shift culture.
• Documentation: Maintaining digital employee records and assisting in the preparation of HR-related documents (contracts, letters, etc.).
• Employee Engagement: Organizing virtual or in-office activities to boost morale and maintain a vibrant night-shift energy.
• Attendance Tracking: Monitoring shift timings and managing leave requests.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a BBA/MBA or relevant Social Sciences program.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work the night shift (7:30 PM – 2:00 AM) consistently.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• A proactive "can-do" attitude and a high level of confidentiality.
