Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, CV screening, interview coordination).
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and social media platforms.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and HR records.
  • Support onboarding process and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing offer letters, internship letters, and HR documents.
  • Coordinate with different departments for hiring requirements.
  • Help in organizing employee engagement activities.
  • Maintain attendance and employee data records.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, BBA, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
