About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our growing team in the packaging/solutions industry (or replace with your specific product line). The role focuses on managing USA-based clients, handling inbound sales inquiries, generating new business, and closing deals. This is an evening/night shift role (8 PM – 5 AM Pakistan Time) to align with USA business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales inquiries from international/USA clients promptly.
• Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and online meetings.
• Conduct client follow-ups, prepare quotations, and negotiate deals.
• Maintain accurate records of clients, communications, and sales activities in CRM.
• Coordinate with production, design, and operations teams for smooth order execution.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
• Provide professional communication and customer service via email, chat, and calls.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of B2B / International sales experience (experience with USA clients highly preferred).
• Strong knowledge of sales processes and international client handling.
• Exceptional English communication skills (verbal & written) for client calls and emails.
• High typing speed and professional email/chat handling ability.
• Ability to work night shift (8 PM – 5 AM) consistently.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
