We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our dynamic HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 6 months of experience to gain hands-on exposure in HR operations, employee management, and organizational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
- Support onboarding activities, ensuring smooth integration of new employees.
- Maintain employee records (personal files, attendance, leave, and HRIS systems).
- Assist in payroll processing and documentation.
- Help organize training and development programs.
- Support HR team in policy implementation and employee engagement initiatives.
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Assist in performance appraisal processes and documentation.
- Perform ad hoc HR tasks and reporting as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0–6 months of experience in HR or internship experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
