Female HR Offier

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our dynamic HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 6 months of experience to gain hands-on exposure in HR operations, employee management, and organizational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
  • Support onboarding activities, ensuring smooth integration of new employees.
  • Maintain employee records (personal files, attendance, leave, and HRIS systems).
  • Assist in payroll processing and documentation.
  • Help organize training and development programs.
  • Support HR team in policy implementation and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Assist in performance appraisal processes and documentation.
  • Perform ad hoc HR tasks and reporting as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0–6 months of experience in HR or internship experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
