We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Female HR Specialist to join our human resources team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring a positive, compliant, and inclusive work environment. This role is particularly suited for someone who understands the nuances of managing a diverse workforce, with a focus on women’s workplace concerns, maternity policies, and gender-specific grievance handling.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for entry to mid-level roles.
- Coordinate interview schedules, offer letters, and pre-employment checks.
- Lead new hire orientation with a focus on workplace safety and anti-harassment policies.
2. Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
- Serve as the primary point of contact for female employees regarding workplace concerns, harassment complaints, or discrimination issues.
- Maintain confidentiality while addressing grievances in line with the company’s POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) policy.
- Promote a supportive culture through regular check-ins and exit interviews.
3. Compliance & Policy Implementation
- Ensure adherence to local labor laws, including female-specific provisions (e.g., maternity leave, work hours, safety).
- Maintain and update the employee handbook, particularly policies related to conduct and women’s safety.
- Assist in organizing mandatory POSH training and internal committee meetings.
4. Performance & Leave Management
- Support the performance review cycle and probation tracking.
- Manage leave records, especially maternity, child-care, and menstrual leave (where applicable).
- Coordinate with payroll for accurate salary processing.
5. Employee Engagement
- Organize wellness sessions, women’s leadership forums, and safety awareness programs.
- Drive initiatives to improve retention and satisfaction among female staff.
Qualifications & SkillsRequired:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in an HR generalist or specialist role.
- In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and POSH Act compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal, listening, and conflict-resolution skills.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive matters.
Preferred:
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or local equivalent).

- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office.
