What You Will Do

• Qualify & Connect: Manage incoming queries from US consumers regarding healthcare benefits (ACA/Medicare).
• Verify Eligibility: Use structured discovery techniques to ensure prospects meet campaign criteria.
• Execute Live Transfers: Pivot qualified leads to licensed US specialists for enrollment.
• Maintain Excellence: Uphold strict compliance standards and script accuracy on every interaction.

Requirements

• Fluency: Must possess near native or neutral English speaking skills.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working a consistent Night Shift to align with US business hours.
• Experience: Prior exposure to Medicare, ACA, or Final Expense is highly valued, but we welcome fresh graduates with exceptional linguistic abilities.
• Drive: A competitive spirit with a focus on hitting transfer targets.
