We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Female Indoor Sales to join our showroom team in Doha. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the growth of our furniture business. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Customer Service:
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing personalized product recommendations based on their needs.
- Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling furniture and related products.
- Provide detailed product information, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on the latest furniture trends, product offerings, and company promotions.
- Present and demonstrate product features and benefits effectively to potential customers.
- Showroom Maintenance:
- Ensure the showroom is well-maintained, clean, and organized at all times.
- Assist in arranging displays, ensuring that products are showcased in an appealing manner.
- Administrative Duties:
- Process sales transactions and handle customer inquiries or complaints efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and inventory.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales team to meet overall showroom targets and objectives.
- Assist in showroom events, promotions, and marketing activities as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the furniture or home décor industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Passion for interior design and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, POS systems).
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Must be presentable and possess excellent negotiation and persuasive skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
