Job Summary:

We are looking for a Junior HR Executive to support daily HR functions and ensure smooth operations of all HR-related activities. The ideal candidate will assist in employee engagement, recruitment, documentation, and HR administration while maintaining a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Employee Onboarding & HR Administration:

  • Assist in new employee onboarding, documentation, and induction programs.
  • Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR software.
  • Handle attendance tracking, leave management, and employee queries.

Example Scenario:If a new hire joins, the Junior HR Executive ensures all documents are collected, orientation is scheduled, and the employee is set up in HR systems.

2. Recruitment Support:

  • Assist in job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and provide updates on hiring progress.

Example Scenario:If multiple positions are open, the Junior HR Executive helps in shortlisting candidates, coordinating interview schedules, and updating the recruitment dashboard.

3. Employee Engagement & Culture Building:

  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and team-building events.
  • Support HR initiatives like birthday celebrations, rewards & recognition programs, and feedback sessions.

Example Scenario:If an employee engagement activity is planned, the Junior HR Executive helps in event coordination, invitations, and logistics.

4. HR Compliance & Documentation:

  • Ensure proper documentation of HR policies, employee agreements, and compliance records.
  • Support in handling payroll inputs, insurance, and benefits administration.
  • Assist in labor law compliance and HR audits.

Example Scenario:If an employee needs an official HR letter, the Junior HR Executive prepares and issues the required document promptly.

5. Exit Process & Offboarding:

  • Assist in conducting exit interviews and processing final settlements.
  • Ensure clearance formalities are completed and feedback is recorded.

Example Scenario:If an employee resigns, the Junior HR Executive ensures the exit checklist is followed, exit interviews are conducted, and documents are handed over.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR operations or administration.
  • Basic knowledge of HR policies, recruitment, and employee engagement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools/software.
