FEMALE KIOSK SALES REPRESENTATIVE

• Actively engage with customers by initiating conversations, answering questions, and providing detailed product information.
• Demonstrate products to customers
• Meet or exceed sales targets by closing sales with customers, upselling additional products, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the products or services being sold, including specifications, features, and promotions.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide an exceptional experience that encourages repeat business.
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems, including cash, credit, and debit transactions.
• Monitor product stock levels, assist in restocking the kiosk, and inform management of low stock or product issues.
• Maintain the kiosk’s appearance by ensuring it is clean, organized, and visually appealing to customers.
• Actively promote sales events, discounts, or special promotions to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
• Gather customer feedback and report trends or customer suggestions to the management team.
