Role Overview:
A lead coordination role responsible for answering calls, managing appointments, and ensuring smooth coordination across clinics.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and handle patient enquiries.
• Schedule and confirm appointments across all clinics.
• Coordinate with clinic teams to manage doctor availability and chair slots.
• Maintain appointment records and daily follow-up lists.
• Assist with basic front-desk support when required.
• Update patients about treatment plans, timings, and follow-ups.
• Ensure smooth communication between clinics, doctors, and staff.
• Handle rescheduling, cancellations, and walk-in coordination.
• Maintain professionalism and ensure good patient experience over calls.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
