Female Limousine Dispatcher

The candidate should have hands-on experience in limousine dispatch operations within New York City, with a strong understanding of city routes, traffic patterns, airports (JFK, LGA, EWR), tolls, and peak-hour logistics. Must be proficient in using limousine management software such as MOOVS and Limo Anywhere, including trip creation, real-time vehicle tracking, chauffeur assignment, scheduling, and handling last-minute changes. The candidate should be able to manage multiple reservations simultaneously, coordinate effectively with chauffeurs, and provide professional service to corporate and VIP clients. Experience with flight tracking, meet-and-greet services, and problem resolution under pressure is essential. Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written) are required to clearly and professionally communicate with clients, chauffeurs, and management in a fast-paced, 24/7 dispatch environment.
