Role Overview

We are hiring a Car Dispatcher for the US market to manage daily dispatch operations, coordinate with drivers, assign trips, and ensure smooth communication with customers/drivers. You’ll be responsible for maximizing vehicle utilization, minimizing downtime, and keeping operations organized and compliant.

Key Responsibilities

- Dispatch vehicles and assign trips to drivers based on location, availability, and priority

- ⁠Coordinate daily schedules, ETAs, route planning, and status updates

- ⁠Communicate with US customers via calls, emails, and dispatch tools

- ⁠Track vehicles and ensure timely pickups/drop-offs

- ⁠Handle driver check-ins, issues on the road, delays, and quick problem-solving

- ⁠Maintain dispatch records, trip details, and documentation

- ⁠Ensure high service quality, professionalism, and on-time performance

- ⁠Work closely with operations/accounting (as needed) for completion reports and proof of delivery (POD)

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 6 months–2+ years in dispatch (US dispatch)

- ⁠Strong English communication (spoken + written)

- ⁠Comfortable working in Pakistan night shift aligned with US time zones

- ⁠Strong coordination, multitasking, and problem-solving skills

- ⁠Good command of Google Sheets/Excel and basic reporting

- ⁠Ability to handle pressure and maintain professionalism with drivers and clients

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

- Experience with dispatch tools

- ⁠Knowledge of US logistics operations, routes, time zones.

- ⁠Experience in car transport dispatch is a plus

Shift & Timings

- Night shift (US business hours)

- ⁠6 days/week (based on operations)
