Looking for female logistics coordinator who manages logistics documentations, including pre and post shipments,
import and export shipments, understand the LC documentation process
Price negotiation with various suppliers and vendors
Coordinates with clearance and shipping company, internal accounts team etc
Coordinates with overseas suppliers and shipping and forwarding companies
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily logistics activities including receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of inbound and outbound shipments.
- Work closely with suppliers, transport companies, and internal departments (e.g., purchasing, merchandising) to coordinate deliveries.
- Optimise logistics procedures to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of logistics activities, including shipment tracking, inventory reports, and incident logs.
- Resolve any issues or delays related to shipping, receiving, or inventory discrepancies
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Logistics Supervisor, Warehouse Supervisor, or similar role in a retail or supply chain environment..
- Knowledge of retail supply chain operations and distribution networks.
- Familiarity with health and safety standards in logistics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and logistics software
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain, ideally in a retail setting.
Working Conditions:
- May require occasional travel between warehouse and retail locations.
- Flexibility to work extended hours during peak retail seasons.
