We are a leading real estate development company seeking a skilled and results-driven Marketing Specialist with a strong background in real estate marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing advertising campaigns, managing digital content, and growing our online presence across social media platforms.

You will play a key role in promoting our real estate projects through creative and data-driven marketing strategies that attract leads and build brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and manage real estate marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing and engaging content.
• Create compelling advertising copy tailored for the real estate market.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, with recommendations for optimization.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in real estate marketing.
• Proven track record in creating and managing successful real estate ad campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and digital marketing tools.
• Experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
• Excellent content creation and copywriting skills in English and Arabic (preferred).
• Proficient in social media management and engagement strategies.
• Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.
