We are looking for a Microsoft Office Trainer to conduct structured training sessions and support learners in developing practical skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related applications. The trainer should be able to deliver content clearly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct training on MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and basic computer operations.
  • Prepare lesson plans, training materials, assignments, and practical exercises.
  • Teach essential skills including data entry, formatting, formulas, presentations, and document management.
  • Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Maintain a positive and professional training environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to teach concepts clearly and manage training sessions effectively.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (preferred but not mandatory).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a computer or Microsoft Office trainer.
  • Familiarity with advanced Excel functions (optional but preferred).

Work Schedule
