We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator / Personal Assistant to provide structured support in managing daily administrative workflows. This role is pivotal in maintaining organizational efficiency, driving calendar management, coordinating reminders, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage a dynamic online work calendar
  • Track tasks and provide timely reminders
  • Handle routine administrative duties with precision
  • Draft, format, and manage documents using MS Word & Excel
  • Support operational activities as required

Role Requirements

  • Proven experience in office administration or personal assistance
  • Strong command of MS Office (particularly Word & Excel)
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work independently and uphold confidentiality
  • Must be able to work on-site.

Job Timing: 6PM to 3AM

(This is Not a Remote Based Job)

Salary Package & Benefits:

The Salary Package is PKR 50,000 to 80,000 per month

  • Monthly Bonus
  • Annual Paid Leaves.
  • Weekends & US Holidays Off.
  • Increment Every 12-Months
