We are a modern dental clinic in Jumeirah Garden City, Dubai, providing premium dental care with honesty and professional treatment. Our mission is to deliver exceptional patient care and expert dental services, and we are looking for a dedicated female sales and patient conversion executive to help grow our clinic.

Role Overview
The Patient Sales & Conversion Executive will be responsible for converting leads and incoming inquiries into confirmed patient appointments. We are seeking someone honest, dedicated, and results-driven, capable of maintaining high conversion rates while upholding the clinic’s professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and online inquiries from prospective patients.
• Convert leads into confirmed appointments through trust, persuasion, and excellent communication.
• Manage the reception area professionally, greeting patients and assisting them with clinic procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and follow-ups in the clinic’s EMR or patient management system (experience is a plus).
• Follow up on marketing campaign leads from Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media.
• Track daily conversion rates, missed calls, and lead follow-ups.
• Provide accurate information about treatments and assist patients in selecting the right dental services.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and comply with clinic standards at all times.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2–3 years experience in sales, patient conversion, or front desk in dental or healthcare settings.
• Exceptional English fluency (American and/or British accent)
• Arabic proficiency is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to convert leads into paying patients consistently.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills.
• Familiarity with EMR software or clinic management systems is a plus.

Compensation & Incentives

• Base Salary: AED 2,000 – 4,000 per month (depending on experience)
• Performance Incentive: AED 1,000 – 3,000+ per month upon achieving monthly patient conversion targets.
• Medical insurance as per UAE labor law.
