Position Overview:
The Female Physiotherapist will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing rehabilitation programs to restore functional movement and alleviate pain. The ideal candidate should be a proactive, compassionate professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to delivering patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed patient assessments and develop personalized physiotherapy treatment plans.
- Administer manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and use of physical modalities.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, recovery strategies, and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation as per organizational standards.
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care.
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all interactions with patients and staff.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from a recognized institution.
- Post-House Job experience is mandatory.
- Valid registration with the relevant medical or physiotherapy council (if applicable).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
- Empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to patient care.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in a primary healthcare or community-based setting.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs).
- Basic knowledge of rehabilitation equipment and technologies.
