Female Quran Classes Supervisor (Work from Home)

Job Overview:

We are hiring a dedicated and organized Female Supervisor to manage online Quran classes. This role involves overseeing class operations, guiding teachers, monitoring student progress, and ensuring a smooth and professional learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise online Quran classes and ensure timely sessions.
• Train and support Quran teachers to maintain high teaching standards.
• Monitor student progress, homework, and assessments.
• Coordinate schedules between students and teachers.
• Communicate with students, parents, and staff to address concerns or delays.
• Handle schedule changes and ensure proper class management.
• Use platforms like Google Meet and Zoom for daily operations.
• Perform administrative tasks related to class tracking and reporting.

Eligibility Criteria (Must Read Before Applying):

• Female candidates only (Married candidates will not be considered).
• Must have completed Dars-e-Nizami or an equivalent Islamic course (Ongoing studies are not allowed).
• Must be currently residing in Lahore or nearby areas (Candidates outside Lahore will not be considered).
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) are essential.
• Must have a personal laptop and reliable internet connection.
• Must be available for a one-time in-person visit to Lahore for document submission.

Required Skills:

• Familiarity with Google Meet, Zoom, and MS Excel.
• Strong leadership, time management, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities remotely.

Shift Timing:

• Monday to Saturday: 6:45 PM – 7:30 AM
• Saturday: Classes are not back-to-back like weekdays, but you are required to cover all scheduled sessions throughout the day.
