What We’re Looking For:

* A female real estate agent, open to all nationalities

* Proven success in real estate sales, ideally within Dubai or across the UAE

* Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market, including current trends, communities, and developer offerings

* Exceptional communication and client relationship skills

* Self-motivated, confident, and goal-oriented

* Valid UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred)

* RERA certification (preferred but not mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties

* Generate leads and convert them into successful transactions

* Conduct property viewings and negotiations

* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the market and new project launches

* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients

* Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs

* Coordinate with developers, landlords, and clients to close deals smoothly
