Female Receptionist for GYM

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and professional Receptionist/Admin to join our team in Ajman. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both Arabic and English, possess strong communication skills, and be capable of managing a variety of administrative tasks.
Only unmarried female candidates will be considered for this position.
Having your own Emirates ID is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Manage appointments, meetings, and schedules for staff and management.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Maintain and organize office supplies and ensure the front desk is tidy.
  • Assist with billing, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping as needed.
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns with excellent service.
  • Support the team with various administrative and office duties as required.

Requirements:

  • A recent photo is required in the CV; CVs without a photo will not be processed.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Own valid Emirates ID (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Applicants must be unmarried females.
