Female Receptionist – Immediate Hiring

Lahore, Pakistan

We are looking for a professional and experienced Receptionist to be the face of our organization. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a polished personality, and strong organizational abilities to manage front-desk operations smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients/visitors with professionalism and courtesy
  • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls efficiently
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain front-desk records
  • Handle incoming/outgoing emails, parcels, and correspondence
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth client handling
  • Assist in administrative tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Officer
  • Excellent communication skills in English & [local language]
  • Strong computer knowledge (MS Office, scheduling software, CRM systems)
  • Presentable personality with professional grooming
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
