(Female) Sales Agent

We are looking for an energetic and confident Female Sales Associate to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for customer service and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in product selection.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Explain product features, pricing, and offers in a clear and convincing manner.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain product displays, cleanliness, and orderliness in the store.
• Handle billing and manage POS transactions.
• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints politely and effectively.
• Stay updated on promotions, discounts, and new product arrivals.
• Coordinate with the inventory team to check stock availability.

Requirements:

• Minimum Matric / Intermediate (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
• Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication in [Urdu / English / regional language as applicable].
• Presentable appearance with a professional attitude.
• Friendly, approachable, and confident personality.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs15,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
