Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our Korean skincare retail shop "NOK" located in Yas Mall Abu Dhabi. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, promoting our Korean skincare products, and driving sales. Your friendly demeanor, product knowledge, and passion for skincare will contribute to creating a positive and engaging shopping experience for our customers. Only Female can apply. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, assist with product inquiries, and provide personalized recommendations based on their skincare needs.
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest Korean skincare trends, ingredients, and brands
• Actively engage with customers, build relationships, and promote the benefits and features of our skincare products.
• Utilize effective selling techniques to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall profitability of the store.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments, issuing receipts, and maintaining a balanced cash register.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including product displays, shelves, and promotional materials.
• Assist in receiving and restocking merchandise, ensuring proper inventory management.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Requirements:

• Previous retail sales experience, preferably in a skincare, beauty, or related industry.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
• Strong communication skills in English. Knowledge of Arabic language is a plus.
• Passion for skincare and knowledge of Korean skincare products and brands.
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and build customer relationships.
• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education or certifications in skincare or beauty-related fields are advantageous.
