Job summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Sales Consultant to join our sales team. In this key role, you will be the point of contact for new and existing members, providing crucial administrative and sales support. Your primary goal will be to assist the sales team in achieving membership targets by ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for all clients, from initial inquiry to final sign-up

Key responsibilities:

• Generate leads: Proactively seek out new potential members through referrals, walk-ins, phone calls, and digital outreach.
• Conduct sales tours: Provide engaging facility tours to prospective members, clearly explaining membership benefits, classes, and amenities.
• Manage customer relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing members to increase retention and drive renewals.
• Administrative tasks: Handle front desk operations, including managing schedules, client inquiries, phone calls, and processing payments for memberships.
• Promote packages: Actively promote and sell gym memberships, personal training packages, and other fitness products and services.
• Track performance: Use CRM software to document client interactions, monitor lead status, and report on sales performance.
• Support management: Assist the management team with operational reports and achieving monthly membership targets.

Qualifications & Skills :

• Education: High school diploma required; degree in Business/Marketing preferred.
• Experience: 1–3 years in sales (fitness/retail/hospitality sectors preferred).
• Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, persuasive communication, and goal-driven mindset.
• Attributes: Passion for fitness, self-motivated, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
