Female Sales Executive -Arabic&English Speaker

To maximize membership sales and ensure outstanding customer service by promoting the facility’s programs, building client relationships, and maintaining operational excellence in alignment with company standards and sales targets.

· Greet and assist all clients professionally while providing accurate information about facility programs, procedures, timings, and services.

· Promote membership packages and payment plans by conducting facility tours and explaining value-added services to prospective clients.

· Build business by identifying potential clients and developing relationships through consistent follow-ups and effective communication.

· Maintain existing member relationships by ensuring satisfaction and addressing inquiries, feedback, or concerns promptly.

· Professionally manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, social media platforms or in person, resolving issues efficiently and thoroughly.

· Handle objections and convert leads by understanding client needs and providing suitable recommendations.

· Collect and input data accurately into the system, ensuring timely production of membership cards and reports.

· Update and maintain all required daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to sales performance, member activity, and operational feedback in a timely and accurate manner.

· Ensure reception and sales areas remain clean, organized, and updated with relevant marketing materials.

· Seek and report feedback from members to continuously improve service delivery in line with facility standards and mission.

· Provide administrative support as needed to ensure smooth front-desk operations and communication between shifts.

· Make welcome calls for new members and expiry reminder calls for existing members.

· Ensure adherence to all company and facility policies, SOPs, and quality standards.

· Maintain a warm, energetic, and helpful presence, always embodying the values of customer-first service.

· Demonstrate adaptability, emotional intelligence, and professionalism when handling complaints or difficult clients.

· Support the overall team effort by contributing to collective sales goals, member satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
