Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking.
2. Client Meetings & Requirement Analysis
- Meet clients to understand their IT requirements (software, hardware, cloud, cybersecurity, etc.).
- Conduct need analysis and recommend suitable IT solutions.
- Prepare and deliver product/service presentations and demos.
3. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts.
- Close deals and convert prospects into long-term clients.
4. Product Knowledge
- Maintain strong knowledge of IT products and services (ERP, CRM, SaaS, networking, cloud solutions).
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings.
5. Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Provide after-sales support and coordinate with technical teams.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
6. Coordination with Internal Teams
- Work closely with pre-sales, technical, and support teams for solution delivery.
- Follow up on implementation timelines and client feedback.
7. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate sales records in CRM.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management.
- Track sales pipeline and forecast revenue.
8. Market Research
- Identify new market segments and business opportunities.
- Analyse competitors and pricing strategies.
- Generate new business opportunities in target markets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales is required
Minimum Bachelors degree is required
- Should be available for face to face interview round
- Should be confident and have strong communication and negotiation skills
