Female Sales Executive (Russian and Europeans)

Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking.

2. Client Meetings & Requirement Analysis

  • Meet clients to understand their IT requirements (software, hardware, cloud, cybersecurity, etc.).
  • Conduct need analysis and recommend suitable IT solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver product/service presentations and demos.

3. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts.
  • Close deals and convert prospects into long-term clients.

4. Product Knowledge

  • Maintain strong knowledge of IT products and services (ERP, CRM, SaaS, networking, cloud solutions).
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings.

5. Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Provide after-sales support and coordinate with technical teams.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.

6. Coordination with Internal Teams

  • Work closely with pre-sales, technical, and support teams for solution delivery.
  • Follow up on implementation timelines and client feedback.

7. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate sales records in CRM.
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management.
  • Track sales pipeline and forecast revenue.

8. Market Research

  • Identify new market segments and business opportunities.
  • Analyse competitors and pricing strategies.
  • Generate new business opportunities in target markets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales is required

Minimum Bachelors degree is required

  • Should be available for face to face interview round
  • Should be confident and have strong communication and negotiation skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
