Job Purpose
To represent the Crystal House brand with professionalism and finesse. You’ll engage clients—both in-person and through digital channels—offering exceptional service, promoting our exquisite products, and contributing to outstanding showroom performance. Your role is pivotal in achieving sales goals while upholding our standards of elegance and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Service & Interaction
- Warmly welcome clients upon entering the showroom.
- Provide expert insights into products—showcasing craftsmanship, design, and benefits.
- Understand customer needs to offer tailored luxury solutions.
- Build trust through active engagement, fostering long-term client relationships.
- Follow up post-visit to ensure satisfaction and encourage future visits.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to management for continual improvement.
- Maintain professionalism across all communication channels—face-to-face, phone, and digital.
2. Showroom & Communication Management
- Keep showroom displays pristine and aligned with brand standards.
- Verify that price tags, product codes, and descriptions are current and accurate.
- Attend the company mobile during working hours for calls, WhatsApp messages, and inquiries.
- Post-working hours, promptly acknowledge inquiries and ensure delegation for follow-up.
- Log all customer communications and share them with management for tracking.
3. Sales & Reporting
- Work proactively to meet and exceed individual and showroom sales targets.
- Prepare and issue quotations, invoices, and receipts according to policy.
- Maintain thorough records of customer interactions and sales activity.
- Submit daily sales activity reports for review.
4. Product Knowledge & Market Awareness
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of Crystal House’s collections.
- Stay informed on new arrivals and design trends in luxury décor, lighting, and furnishings.
5. Teamwork & Collaboration
- Support your teammates during high-traffic periods.
- Share client insights and market observations with management.
- Engage actively in training sessions, workshops, and team meetings.
6. Compliance & Professional Conduct
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical practices.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
- Present a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Embody the brand’s values of elegance and integrity through conduct and communication.
Qualifications & Requirements
Must-Have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, showroom sales, or customer service—luxury retail preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-service orientation.
- Fluent in English.
Nice-to-Have:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proficiency in Arabic.
- Experience with CRM or POS systems.

Working Conditions
