Female Sales Executive (Upwork – eBook Front Sales)

Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and results-driven Female Sales Executive to handle front-end sales for eBook services via Upwork. Your primary role will be to engage with potential clients, convert leads, and close deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to Upwork leads and client inquiries
• Pitch and sell eBook writing, publishing, and formatting services
• Handle front-end communication (chat/calls) with international clients
• Convert prospects into paying clients
• Maintain professional follow-ups and client relationships
• Coordinate with internal team after closing deals

Requirements

• Female candidate (mandatory)
• Proven experience in Upwork sales / freelancing platform sales
• Strong English communication skills (written + verbal)
• Confident in client handling, persuasion, and closing deals
• Basic understanding of eBook services (writing, Amazon KDP, etc.)
• Ability to work in a target-based environment

Preferred Skills (Not Optional if You Want to Win)

• Experience selling digital services (content writing, publishing, design)
• Familiarity with Upwork bidding strategies
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills

Compensation

• Basic salary + high commission per closed deal
• Performance-based growth (you earn based on results, not time)
