Female Sales Specialist - Onsite(Night Shift)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in cold calling and appointment scheduling, supporting our operational requirements and contributing to our client outreach and lead generation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calling to generate leads and schedule appointments, effectively engaging potential clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach efforts and share insights.
• Utilize CRM and data management tools to manage workflows and client data efficiently.
• Contribute to digital marketing initiatives by applying knowledge of marketing fundamentals.
• Assist with content creation tasks, including graphic design, video editing, or writing, as needed.
• Candidate Requirements:

Cold Calling Proficiency:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in cold calling (as a fronter or verifier) to effectively support client outreach.
• Customer Service Experience: Proven track record in customer service, demonstrating the ability to engage clients and deliver top-notch service.
• Exceptional Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Digital Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals to align with our marketing initiatives.
• Experience with CRM or Data Management Tools: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms or data management tools to ensure smooth workflow management.
• Content Creation Knowledge: Basic understanding of content creation, such as graphic design, video editing, or content writing, is a plus.

Work Schedule:

Night Shift: 9 PM to 6 AM
