Female Salon Receptionist

  • Greets customers arriving at Reception and provides them with information regarding all services.
  • Answers the phones and deals with subsequent enquiries and bookings.
  • Determines customers’ needs for all services by figuring out their problem areas such as skin and hair issues.
  • Ensures that guests are handed over to the correct hair/nail expert within the salon or Therapists for skin and body treatments.
  • Schedules appointments and make follow up calls to customers to remind them of their appointments.
  • Handles appointment cancellation and shifting duties.
  • Collects cash in exchange of services rendered and tenders change to customers.
  • Prints reports of cash collected at the end of the day.
  • Counts cash at the end of the shift and ensures that cash flow information has been logged into the salon’s register.
  • Ensures cleanliness in all Reception areas.
  • Ask guests for feedback on services and provides assistance with problems or complaints.
  • Any other tasks as assigned by the Business Unit (Salon) Manager.
