Hiring Now: Female Bilingual Secretary

We are looking for a professional and organized Female Bilingual Secretary to join our team!
The ideal candidate will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Employment Type: Full-time
Languages Required: English & Arabic (both spoken and written)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails in both English and Arabic.
  • Prepare and manage documents, reports, and meeting schedules.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure data confidentiality.
  • Assist management with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Female candidate
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken & written)
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative or secretarial experience
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Presentable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
