Female Social Media Manager

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Sales Representative & Social Media Manager to join our growing team. This dual-role position requires strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and experience in managing online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via online chat, email, WhatsApp, and phone calls
• Take and manage customer orders through our Shopify store
• Coordinate with courier services (Leopard & TCS) to ensure smooth order dispatch and delivery
• Handle complaints, returns, and customer follow-ups professionally and promptly
• Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, etc.
• Create and schedule engaging content to promote our brand and products
• Monitor and analyze social media performance and customer feedback

Requirements:

• Proven experience in customer service and/or social media management
• Familiarity with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
• Basic understanding of shipping and logistics (Leopard/TCS experience is a plus)
• Creative mindset for content creation and engagement
• Fluency in English and Urdu is preferred
