Female Store Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Female Store Manager to lead our premium jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent customer-handling abilities, and proven experience in managing retail store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall store operations management (sales, staff, inventory & customer service)
• Achieve monthly & yearly sales targets
• Manage and motivate the sales team to deliver excellent performance
• Handle VIP & premium customers professionally
• Ensure high standards of visual merchandising & store presentation
• Monitor stock movement, billing accuracy, and daily reports
• Coordinate with head office for MIS, HR & compliance
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain discipline, attendance, and grooming standards of staff
• Ensure showroom safety, security, and SOP compliance

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Female candidate only
• Graduate / MBA preferred
• Strong leadership & people-management skills
• Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English; Assamese preferred)
• Good knowledge of jewellery retail / luxury retail
• Target-driven and result-oriented
• Presentable personality with professional attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
