Female Talent Acquisition Specialist (UAE Real Estate Experience Required)

With multiple verticals spanning brokerage, advisory, and international investor outreach, we are looking for an HR / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us and strengthen our people-first culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for real estate agents, telecallers, and back-office staff.
• Design and execute talent acquisition strategies tailored for UAE real estate.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job portals, LinkedIn, and industry networks.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and manage onboarding.
• Collaborate with leadership to design hiring campaigns, roadshows, and recruitment drives.
• Manage employee records, contracts, and compliance with UAE labor law.
• Drive HR initiatives to boost retention, motivation, and culture alignment.
• Coordinate with management for performance reviews, training, and incentive programs.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years HR experience in UAE real estate
• Strong network of candidates within the UAE property sector
• Proven track record in high-volume hiring for sales teams
• Knowledge of UAE labor law & HR compliance
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
