About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier software developers, machine learning engineers, and AI professionals. You will play a critical role in building our engineering and AI teams by identifying exceptional talent and managing the end-to-end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand technical hiring needs and define job requirements.
- Source, identify, and engage top technical talent (software engineers, AI/ML engineers, data scientists, backend/frontend developers, etc.) through various channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, referrals, niche AI communities, etc.).
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct technical screenings (where applicable) and collaborate with engineering leads for interview assessments.
- Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging AI/software technologies to advise on recruitment strategies.
- Represent the company brand and provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience as a technical recruiter (in-house or agency), with a focus on software engineering and/or AI/ML hiring.
- Strong knowledge of technical roles, skills, and terminology (programming languages, AI frameworks, cloud platforms, etc.).
- Proven ability to source candidates through multiple platforms and creative methods.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment analytics.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience hiring AI researchers, deep learning engineers, or data engineers.
- Knowledge of technical assessment tools and coding platforms (e.g., HackerRank, Codility).
- Experience working in a startup/fast-paced tech environment.
- Strong network in the developer and AI community.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
