• Maintain and monitor the records of all the conversations, be it customer feedback, purchase orders or queries
• Be aware of the latest industry trends as a telesales executive
• Update customers about new launches and record customer reactions to new products
• Comply with the rules and regulations of the company by providing customer support as a telemarketing executive

1year to 2 years exp. in BPO / Tele-calling.

Excellent communication skills (written/ verbal).

Excellent customer service skills.

Should fluent in English&Hindi

Immediate Joiners (Dependent Visa / Cancelled visa).
