FEMALE TELE SALES EXECUTIVE (own visa)

Position Summary

The Tele sales Executive is responsible for generating sales through outbound and inbound telephone interactions. This role focuses on building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, promoting products or services, and closing sales while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers
  • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Present, promote, and sell products or services over the phone
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
  • Follow up on leads and previous inquiries in a timely manner
  • Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively
  • Provide product information, pricing, and promotions to customers
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitors
  • Adhere to company policies, scripts, and compliance requirements

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service preferred
  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills
  • Strong listening and negotiation abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications
  • Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time
