Job Title: Telecaller – Immigration & Visa Services

Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and driven Telecaller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will engage potential clients, effectively communicate our Immigration and Visa services, and convert leads into consultations. This role is client-focused and target-oriented, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients using the provided lead list.
• Clearly explain our immigration and visa service offerings to clients.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve or surpass monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow standardized communication scripts while customizing conversations based on client needs.
• Ensure clients have a smooth experience throughout the visa and immigration process.

Requirements:

• 1 to 3+ years of experience in telesales, consulting, or business intelligence (industry agnostic).
• Prior experience in outbound tele-sales will be advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and relevant software tools.
