FEMALE TELESALES EXECUTIVE

Doha, Qatar

We’re seeking a driven and results-oriented Telesales Executive with a background in both telesales and field sales. This role involves connecting with prospective customers, promoting telecom products and services, and achieving sales targets through phone calls and occasional in-person meetings.

Key Duties:

  • Make outbound calls to promote telecom solutions.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
  • Maintain and manage a strong pipeline of prospects.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Record all sales interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Deliver excellent customer support before and after sales.
  • Stay informed on product updates, market trends, and competitor activity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of telesales experience; outdoor sales experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Must have a valid QID and legal work authorization in Qatar.
