Female Ticketing & Travel Consultant

Breeze Travels & Tours is a growing travel agency offering air ticketing, holiday packages, visa assistance, hotel bookings, and travel consultancy services. We are looking for a female Ticketing & Travel Consultant who is experienced in air ticketing and customer handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle domestic & international air ticket bookings
• Create, modify, and cancel PNRs using GDS (Sabre / Amadeus / Galileo)
• Provide fare quotations, reissues, refunds, and itinerary planning
• Assist customers via phone, WhatsApp, email & walk-ins
• Guide clients regarding visa processes, travel insurance, and tour packages
• Coordinate with airlines and service providers
• Maintain daily sales records and achieve monthly targets
• Deliver professional and friendly customer service

Requirements

✅ Female candidate only
✅ Minimum 1 year experience in ticketing or travel consultancy
✅ Strong command of GDS (Sabre / Amadeus / Galileo)
✅ Excellent communication & customer service skills
✅ Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Education: Intermediate or higher
➕ Diploma in Travel & Tourism is a plus
