Female UGC Content Creator ( Video Content & Social Media Growth)

We’re now looking for a female UGC Content Creator who can help us create engaging and authentic content that resonates with our audience, particularly focusing on video-first content for social media growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality UGC-style content, with a strong focus on short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
• Develop content strategies to align with marketing goals and audience engagement.
• Consistently produce creative ideas and engaging storytelling content.
• Manage, grow, and optimize content for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with campaigns and brand voice.
• Track performance metrics and optimize based on engagement and growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UGC creator, social media content creator, or influencer.
• Strong portfolio of video-first content (must share social media handles/links with application).
• Excellent creative and storytelling skills.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, engagement strategies, and growth hacks.
• Ability to shoot, edit, and publish content independently.
• Basic graphic design/editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar tools).
• Self-driven, creative mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in growing personal or client social media accounts.
• Experience in influencer marketing, UGC campaigns, or brand collaborations.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
