Female Upwork Bidder - Night Shift

We are hiring – Female Upwork Bidder (Night Shift)
Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi
Shift Timing: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM

Turn Up Technologies is looking for a Female Upwork Bidder who is comfortable working night shifts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Write effective proposals tailored to client requirements
• Maintain communication with clients to understand project scopes
• Follow up on proposals to convert leads into projects
• Collaborate with the business development team to meet targets

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder / Freelancer Bidder
• Strong English communication and proposal writing skills
• Understanding of web development, CMS (WordPress/Shopify), and digital services
• Ability to identify client pain points and offer solutions
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and detail-focused
• Experience with CRM or lead tracking tools is a plus

Note: Only apply if you are comfortable with the night shift (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
