FF&E Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute FF&E design concepts in line with project requirements and company standards.
• Source, select, and specify furniture, fixtures, finishes, materials, and accessories.
• Prepare detailed mood boards, sample boards, and presentation materials.
• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and contractors to obtain samples, quotations, and technical details.
• Coordinate with the design and technical team to ensure seamless integration of FF&E with overall design.
• Manage FF&E documentation including schedules, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Stay updated with market trends, materials, and innovative design solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Proven experience as an FF&E Designer in interior design/architecture firms.
• Strong project experience in high-end residential and hospitality projects is required.
• Strong portfolio showcasing FF&E design expertise.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, MS Office, etc.).
• Excellent knowledge of furniture, materials, finishes, and suppliers.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
