
Responsibilities:

Work closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers to understand the design intent and functional requirements.

Provide recommendations on FF&E selections that align with project goals and client expectations.

Source and select furniture, fixtures, and equipment that meet design specifications, budget constraints, and quality standards.

Research and maintain knowledge of industry trends, materials, and innovative products.

Build and maintain relationships with FF&E suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to ensure optimal value and quality.

Prepare FF&E budgets, cost estimates, and procurement schedules.

Oversee purchase orders, invoices, and payment schedules to ensure budget compliance.

Develop and maintain comprehensive FF&E documentation, including specifications, mood boards, and material samples.

Provide regular updates and reports on FF&E progress, budget status, and potential risks.

Coordinate delivery, warehousing, and installation of FF&E items with contractors and site teams.

Inspect and ensure proper installation, resolving any on-site issues.

Ensure all FF&E items comply with safety regulations, building codes, and sustainability standards.

Conduct quality checks to confirm items meet the required specifications.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) engineering, specifically in design, procurement, or project coordination.

Strong knowledge of FF&E specifications, materials, and finishes, particularly in high-end residential or hospitality projects.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
