Maintenance Manager – Industrial Park

Key Responsibilities:

Lead preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems, utilities (electricity, water, HVAC), and infrastructure.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety and efficiency.

Manage inventory, spare parts, and procurement via ERP systems.

Develop and track maintenance budgets and cost-saving initiatives.

Respond promptly to tenant maintenance requests with effective coordination.

Oversee infrastructure upgrades including lighting, BMS, and irrigation systems.

Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain emergency protocols.

Supervise, train, and lead a multidisciplinary maintenance team.

Manage vendor contracts and evaluate performance.

Prepare reports on maintenance activities and budgets.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Power Engineering.

10+ years in facility/industrial park maintenance, including 6+ years in management.

Expertise in medium/low voltage systems, automation (PLC, BMS), and utilities.

Experience with contract management and ERP maintenance systems.

PMP certification and strong leadership skills.

Fluent in Arabic and English.
