Job Responsibilities:

1. Ensure the reliable and efficient operation of all utility systems.
2. Operate and maintain utility equipment, including HVAC systems, boilers, compressors, and water systems.
3. Optimize energy consumption.
4. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
5. Plan, execute, and oversee projects, including their handover.
6. Plan and implement maintenance programs.
7. Foster effective management and communication with team members.
8. Maintain firefighting systems and facility infrastructure.
