Position Overview:

The FF&E Sales Manager leads all sales efforts for furniture, fixtures, and equipment within our organization. You’ll develop and execute strategies to grow revenue, build lasting client relationships, and position our offerings at the forefront of the interior design and architecture markets. This role reports to the Director of Sales & Operations and works closely with design, procurement, and project management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans targeting new business acquisition and account expansion

- Cultivate strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and developers

- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, to deal closure

- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive offerings, and untapped opportunities

- Collaborate with marketing to produce tailored sales collateral, presentations, and promotional campaigns

- Track and analyze sales performance metrics; prepare regular forecasts and reports for senior management

- Attend industry trade shows, networking events, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility

- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery, quality control, and client satisfaction

Required Skills and Experience:

- 5+ years of proven sales experience within the FF&E / Building Materials industry or high

-end interior fit-out sector

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field

- Demonstrated ability to hit and exceed sales targets in a quota-driven environment

- Deep understanding of FF&E products, materials, and manufacturing processes

- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills

- Proficiency with CRM platforms and MS Office suite

- Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging sales analytics tools

- Fluency in English; Arabic language is a plus

Compensation and Benefits:

- Competitive base salary plus commission structure

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
